Coaching is kind of like that. Your job as a coach isn’t to take over the wheel—it’s to make sure your client stays on track, guiding them without forcing the direction. But if you veer too far into therapy or consulting? That’s like trying to switch lanes on a guided track—it derails both your client and yourself.
